Latin Cardio Class will teach you some of the most exciting and heart pumping moves in Latin Dance while sculpting the long, lean muscles of a dancer's body and burning fat. Dances include Cha Cha, Salsa, Samba, Jive and Merengue. Come check it out Monday evenings at 7:30pm, or Thursday and Friday mornings at 10:30am! No partner required. Athletic clothing recommended.
